The title basically describes it. This is a list of characters in video games that I find generally uninteresting, that have an awesome theme song.
Mostly this list will consist of Final Fantasy characters. It seems to be quite a common phenomenon of the series.
The goofy boy hobo that does have a bit of an interesting back story to him, though it isn't quite enough for him to make the list of 'Interesting Characters with Interesting Theme Songs' (a work in progress list, in my head. Where it will remain.)
His theme song, however, is fantastic. Overall it has a sad atmosphere to it, eerily fitting the sad fate of the young goof it belongs to.
Or as he/she/it is more commonly referred to (by me and probably many others); Cat Shit. A boring, lifeless character with no appeal whatsoever. Its theme song however, is quite catchy.
An annoying kid with a much less annoying theme song. There's not much more to be said about her, I'm trying hard to forget how annoying she was.
A total wimp and bloody coward whom, even after acquiring his optional, most powerful weapon in the added dungeon on the Moon (GBA version of FFIV), is completely useless. Seriously, he sucks.
Although he doesn't seem to have a song explicitly named as his theme, the Melody of Lute song is a beautiful piece. You're slightly forgiven for your worthlessness, Edward.
Strago isn't a particularly uninteresting character, but neither is he very interesting. He's just, you know, an old man with magic powers.
His slightly quirky theme song does a pretty good job at abstractly defining his character.
