I pre-ordered AC: Revelations at Best Buy and when they e-mailed me the pre-order code it is invalid. It is only 19 characters, not 25. Has this happened to anybody else?

I don't care what a PS3 can or can't do.  I only know that those Kevin Butler ads may be my favorite commercials on TV right now.
