Ohh snap is this for real, i saw this clip about new school graphic and it was kind of jaw droping!?  
I wonder how long it will take for the consoles to understand it is time to rebuild and upgrade now!

It's real, but they are over-exaggerating its uses. It is very good for static environments, and unmovable objects, but it cannot yet be used for animation or physics modelling.

Still, it's a neat bit of technology, and something you'd definitely want to integrate into new games. Although it cannot be used for everything in a game, it can be used to make some pretty nice buildings and large environments. While it's not quite the super revolution they try to make it out to be (and it certainly doesn't offer infinite detail, whatever the hell that means), it looks good.

That is, if the whole thing isn't a hoax or a scam, which it could be. I live in Brisbane, where these guys are supposedly from, and I haven't heard a damn thing about them till today.
