I haven't pre-ordered either. I'm saving/waiting/watching to see more information, though I have been leaning heavy on PS4 since their first press conference back in Feb. I think at this point Sony would have to screw up in some major unforeseeable way to sway me into buying an Xbox One at launch at this point though. I do eventually intend to buy both consoles just only one at launch.
Oculus Rift support, 1TB hard drive, full disc installs. Would be great if Gaikai is included in PS+ at no additional charge for streaming old PS3, PS2 and PS games. That last one is super wishful.
Every living human being in this game aside from Joel, Tommy and his crew, and maybe Bill, seem like a bunch of selfish assholes who don't have any humanity left. I'd say let the fungus take them.
Physical media has limitations. Soon we would be putting games on 2 or 3 blu rays instead of just one. Why limit the creativity of a game to physical media when you can go so much broader with cloud.
... If Microsoft is bundling Kinect in with Xbox One, I can't see Sony making the PSEye a separate package. Third party developers probably won't want to make a bunch of extra functionality for one system that has the feature only to remove it all for a system that does not. That or there won't be a lot of third party games for Xbox One that use the Kinect at all.
