He's no different from anyone else working in a call centre. Only difference is he was honest about how difficult his job is and how you can hate the people at the end of the phone. Best of luck to him in the future.

Not a fan of Robert Florence in any way, shape or form. However, whilst I thought his article was perhaps a bit aggressive, it was spot on and the fallout has produced a nice debate within the medium over how things are done. Will it change? Of course not, it's institutionalized at this point. Still healthy to have the debate though.

Also the issue of trust is good. Do I trust GB? I guess I do. Do I have to to enjoy the site? No. I can disagree like hell and still enjoy the content, that's something I think the internet has lost. The idea that to consume something you have to adore it and agree with every point. I'm left wing but I'll read right wing newspapers if they are the best newspapers.

Yeah probably. My iPhone 4 is wearing a bit and I loathe new phone shopping. I can get a hassle free upgrade, know what I'm getting and I keep all my apps.

@Blind_Evil: I got confused by this too. The boxes aren't yellow, but rather shiny gold and ONLY fall from the wolf with the large red horns. You'll know them when you see them, they look VERY different from meseta.

Can anyone help. The desk where you level up. So the girl far right is guild stuff I think. Middle is levelling up. What the heck is the person far left about? It's menus with seemingly the chat channel above it?
