I got my PS1 chipped and the only games I got copied were some of the final fantasy series (ff7, ff8 and ff9.) Oh! and Metal Gear solid aswell.
The only reason I had them copied was because I only earned like £10 pocket money a month from my parents (This was when I was about 7-10yrs old.) and it's kinda pointless having a games console with no games, lol. Beside's I eventually ended up buying them all anyway once I was doing my paper-round and saving up.  (I'd gotten my PS2 by this point and wanted to buy everything I had on my PS1 properly, so techniquely I only cheated the renting industry as I did eventually buy it anyway, lol.)

Wow! now I think back about it, they're some fond memories of mine, I asked my mum about the small amount of pocket money when I was older (About 15.) and she said she'd done it so that I would learn the value of a each pound worth of well earned money she gave me every month. I did. It's helped me to a certain degree become a success.

I just thought of something!

bioware is a CANADIAN  games company, so maybe micheal phelps is only a PART of the action.
ie: A canadian guy who is you the player runs around with a gun (saying aboot alot, instead of ABOUT, O-U-T not O-O-T!) in hand for whatever reason, the planet is under threat from the wind or something stupid like that, and you must run around killing every blow of wind that you can feel, LMAO!, and maybe you shoot micheal phelps and kill him  "ACCIDENTALLY" while you were trying to shoot the wind,  lmao. Becuase let's face it, Canada didn't do great in the olympics, so they blame micheal phelps for everything.  (BTW, I'm only joking, I don't even know any Canadian's so that means I don't mind them one way or the other.)

I mean for me this action game now sounds AWESOME! lol. What do you guys think?

I really feel bad for the guys working at Free Radical. They don't deserve this.

I think though that they still should have released Haze on a multi-platform basis, it would have garaunteed a lot income and this would have been the case even if it was a terrible game. This fact maybe would have even saved the company, but alas this is not the case and now people have lost jobs becuase of hard-times which in turn causes even harder times for the guys who lost their jobs.

RRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! this F**KING! Economic downturn is really really P***ING me OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I don't think I could care any less about this news. Thanks konami! I mean you would have made a garaunteed profit by releasing it on the XBOX 360, but noooooooo!
(before anyone says it. No I'm not an XBOX 360 fanboy, quite the opposite infact. No, I just like the MGS series alot, Oh well... there's other games I suppose, plus who's to say it won't eventually be released on the 360.)

Note before reading this: This post is for anyone who dosn't know about going to get it rebuffed.

If your lucky and you take the disk that is ruined to a video store nearby they can put your disk into a CD/DVD buffing machine, for a nominal fee that is. This sometimes doesn't fix it because the scratch is simply too deep, but hopefully  you guys can go back home happy again.

Now I personally fucked up My mass effect disk whilst having a coughing fit from being flued up and accidently knocked my XBOX 360, so I tried the toothpaste trick. (Google: "how do I maually fix my scratched DVD from home?" to find a link that'll tell you more.) This method actually got me into the start menu, I previously couldn't get past a system freeze that kept happening at the microsoft logo.)
I then took it to a video store nearby, came home and instantly I loaded my latest save straight away with no fuss. The scratches were VERY deep btw, so try it, it just might work for you too.

Good luck guys! I know how you feel.

I can see how this one will be so much better, ubisoft are pretty good at improving past mistakes, so yeah!
This could be awsome instead of repetitive to the extremes of me sometimes waking up and finding that my 360 is still running and altair has just been standing in a particular location for 3 hours straight doing nothing lol.
Anyway, to the people who think altair is the main character again. Umm, HELLOOOO! the time periods are so far apart that if altair's offspring was the main character then that character would call Altair his great-grandadx5 or something, lol.
