I wasn't surprised to see them attempting to turn around a new game in 18-20 months but giving them a full 24 months will pay dividends.
I guess this means no epic Mass Effect 3 vs Uncharted 3 vs Arkham City fight for GB Game of the Year though.
This fall is looking more crazy packed than usual so I am happy there is a bit more breathing room for the major releases. I am curious what else will slip into early 2012.
I don't know if ' en vogue' is correct when the trilogy announcement was made when it was a PS1 game. What were the other pre-planned series around that time? Shenmue?
So they tell me. After a few cancelled projects I have made an iPhone game and two Facebook games, the second of which was published by THQ. I can confirm I am paid money, bi-weekly even to create interactive experiences. That has to at least put me within throwing distance of a real developer.
And by throwing distance I mean I think I could hit a Relic employee with something. I am situated across the street and on a higher floor.
I kid of course, though it would be pretty awesome if they released a patch to route around PSN since PSN is just playing the middle man between you and WB's servers.
Well Telltale hasn't been releasing on 360 since Wallace and Gromit so I would assume this is just them getting back on XBLA. But I could see retail releases as well, especially with all the big licensed stuff they releasing now.
Man Wii is looking pathetic, I was expecting this but still. Though I think that cancelled Gamecube Kirby game they are resurrecting should be out this year too, after Kirby's Epic Yarn though it is probably going to be pretty disappointing in comparison.
Hope Miyamoto keeps his promise for Mario 3DS this year because that will be the first time since Mario 64 that a new Mario game has launched the same year as a system's release.
Fun little game with a cool take on death. Though this type of post is unusual for Giantbomb I am glad this was posted. As long as these types of posts don't start dominating the real news (which I doubt will happen) then we are cool.
