hey guys.I know, that most of us here are general purpose console gamers, but I was wondering what is your take on the whole explosion of esports and progaming in the world. For example - major league gaming just released their stats for MLG Providence and they had almost 250 000 (yes - a quarter of a milion) of CONCURRENT viewers on their streams (plural). for curious Georges - link. And that's not even highest in the history - this summer at "Dreamhack Summer" there were 3 Milion unique viewers League of Legends tournament alone!
This is crazy, right? I myself REALLY enjoy watching Starcraft 2 and UMVC. I sure can't play any of them due to lack of time and poor hand-eye coordination (I'm Forever Bronze on European Ladder :P), but I just Love kicking back after long day at work and watching MLG, GSL, IEM or even some pro's Streams on Twitch.tv
