@theht: Yep, 'people' were complaining on forums and Twitter that a white man wasn't shown in the trailer, that John Boyega was the first shot, or just that he and Oscar Issac were even in the film at all. There are already fan-edited trailers that erase John Boyega.

Somehow I doubt those racist assholes whining about black and latino actors headlining Star Wars will actually boycott the film. They will be in line at midnight, in cosplay, crying to other fans about this "grave injustice".

There barely is a story and the characters are paper thin. It's a game focused on innovative mechanics with a dumb, basic plot thrown in for some motivation. Also, it doesn't really have an ending.

Even if VII isn't great, I have faith in Rian Johnson's two sequels.

@theht: I've only seen the first four episodes, but they were pretty cool and surprisingly violent.

Also, the clonetroopers were bullshit and Star Wars Rebels and VII are running away from everything prequel. How would you ever go from Jedi Killers to the most incompetent army in fiction? Only thing to do is ignore that thread.

The stormtroopers are just random dudes and teens in Star Wars Rebels.
