If those videos were even remotely credible then we'd take them seriously.

Unfortunately most of those videos tend to be released, fussed over and then discredited every 6 months. They're not reliable and have never been.

We've also been regularly told by the CIA that Bin Laden has body doubles, like Saddam. So they could easily discredit the videos themselves.

And finally I'd say, if you're gonna go down this road of reasoning, I could say the US has a lot to gain by manufacturing the death of Osama. But I'm not for now. And the US govt has a history of lying.

All I want is evidence, that's all. And none has been provided so far.
