Games Completed in 2011
This is obviously the list of games I completed in 2011 in order. I'm starting this in the middle of the year so hopefully I'll remember to include everything and in chronological order!

(Wii) This was a Christmas gift that I started before 2011 and beat on New Year's Day. It was incredibly easy, but tons of adorable fun!
(PS3) I played this game on The Sly Collection for the PS3. I thought it was amazing, and certainly the best of the trilogy.
(PS3) This was also on The Sly Collection. It was a good game, but it's complete lack of focus in both story and gameplay made it very disappointing.
(DS) I'm a huge Layton fan, and boy, did this game deliver! It's the best of its series and my favorite DS game.
(Wii) I hardly had the time to play this game, but I enjoyed it very, very much.
(PS3) This was my first true fighter, and I loved it (partially because Ammy was in it). I'm glad I got it as a gift because its little content really isn't worth full price.
(DS) While it ultimately would have been a better game on consoles, Okamiden was great. And Chibi is the cutest character EVER!
(PS3) I consider "completing" this game playing every mode of every map, which I did. This highly accessible game was fantastic, and I believe I scored pretty well on the leader boards.
(PS3) I downloaded this game for $14.99 on PSN, but later that week it was available for $3.75 for PlayStation Plus members...it was so worth full price. Amazing game.
(PS3) This is one of the most compelling 2D platformers I have played, and for $9.99, it's an absolute steal.
(PS3) Simply awesome, I just loved everything about this game, bar the planet scanning. I'm going to need to do some more playthroughs later...
(PS3) This game is creepy, disturbing, and brilliantly so, and its puzzles were unpredictable and inventive.
(PS3) I downloaded the HD remake on PSN. It's flawed in quite a few ways, but it's very different from your average action adventure, and plenty of excellence comes from just that.
(PS3) I played this game on the Orange Box. It's short, but beyond amazing. Everyone should play it.
(PS3) Also on the Orange Box. It was truly awesome and the first shooter campaign I completed entirely. It was lengthy, varied, and awesome throughout. Shame it's such a half-ass port on the PS3, the framerate had trouble sometimes.
(PS3) Awesome expansion! It may not be the big boy that was Half-Life 2, but I may have had even more fun with this game. Having Alyx by your side is great. :)
(PS3) Simply astounding. Best experience I had with the Half Life series in every way. That cliffhanger though... There must be Episode 3 in the near future! Well that's the Orange Box finished!
(PS3) It doesn't break new ground the way Uncharted 2 did, and it has some story problems, but it's still a wonderfully brilliant game that I'll be playing for quite some time.
(DS) Its interesting premise and novel gameplay are the great foundation behind an intricate mystery that manages to be tragic, heart-warming, funny, and shocking throughout. I loved how wonderfully goofy characters and excellent writing made the many deaths in this game a lot less bitter than they could have been. This game may even top Layton 3 as my favorite DS game...
(PS3) So amazing... SO AMAZING!! I must play some co-op soon.
(PC) I don't play PC games, like, at all. But a recommendation from a friend and the fact that it's not something that would strain my computer led me to purchase this little gem. There's not a whole lot of game in this adventure, but the story more than makes up for that. The tale is complex, funny, heartwarming, tear-jerking, and completely magical.
Well that's 2011 gone! What a way to go out. :)
