Also maybe it has something to do with the fallout 3 dlc? I can't get into psn yet my fallout trophies have changed. I got the platinum but it says I'm like 54% complete due to the dlc trophies. We all know how buggy they were on xbox live maybe Bethesda brought down PSN lol.

Will the Band Hero DLC be compatible with Guitar Hero 5 and vise versa? Also will World Tour DLC be compatible with Guitar Hero 5? Sorry if these questions sound stupid this is my first guitar hero I will have bought and I just get confused on this whole dlc situation.

Will the guitar that ships with Guitar Hero 5 be compatible with Rock Band 2 and The Beatles: Rock Band?

I've been paying close attention to this game and have a feeling it will be way more entertaining than wow but I still have one question, what races do you think will be playable? As we all know humans aren't the only race in the star wars universe but in almost all the footage I've only seen the character being played to be human. Where are Twi'leks, Rodians, and Wookies even??

" Oh my freakin' God, that was amazing.  I am so down with this title.  The last two video looked and felt like a single player game.  I know that they are instanced and maybe that puts some folks off, but when you get that level of immersion, I can't argue with it.    I was a bit iffy on Jedi/Sith but think they will be able to function well in this game.  It remains to be seen how non-force characters will fare in one-on-one combat with Jedi/Sith.  On the other hand, Jedi/Sith PVP could be very cool.    This game is my number one title for 2010, and my level of excitement for this has hit "11".  By comparison, my thoughts of returning to WoW with Cataclysm are down around "3". "
I'm not going back to WOW due to the fact that it fails in terms of sucking you in story wise. The millions that play WOW play it due to the addictive aspects of the game and not the narrative. The Old Republic seems to have an interesting narrative, making me actually want to play as other classes, and the combat seems very sophisticated with both range and melee.@PeasForFees said:
" That dialogue or at least the voice acting was fucking terrible, and swords should not block Lightsabers, but god the dialogue "
THIS IS AN MMO!!!! Bioware, EA, and Lucasarts have been working for YEARS to not only nail the gameplay side but also the dialogue. I hate to sound like a PR person but this is truly a fully voiced MMO. When in WOW have you ever read the entire text box that comes with a quest? The Old Republic makes even the minor fetch and kill quest seem exciting. Imagine playing this game for months with one class and not even scratching the surface story wise. Other MMOs encouraged you to play other classes to simply be that needed class for a particular raid or quest but with Old Republic I see that is not the case. Myself, as well as many others, will feel compelled to play as other characters not only for their unique abilities but their unique story. This game is going to be huge both in terms of sales and the actual world it displays. BTW those swords you see are vibroblades and can easily go toe to toe with a lightsaber.

I love how people are either really hating the game or loving it. For me I love it and will be pre-ordering it soon even if it is coming out next year. I just hope the haters buy the game and drop it asap. I want this game to sell millions so that they make a profit fast and than us true KOTOR will remain and reap the benefits like expansions and a sophisticated community :) .

Seeing this footage has me very excited. I was into WOW for awhile, due to a friend's recommendation, but only got to lvl like 46ish until I just couldn't do it anymore. The graphics are simply amazing to me, seeing as it looks like it will run on any computer in the last 4 years, and the narrative seems strong which will never make me bored. The only problem, well for others maybe not me, is that the jedi/sith characters look a little to badass at first glance. I have a feeling there will be an overwhelming number of players to pick them which could hurt the game in the end but not for me seeing as I want to be ANYTHING but a jedi/sith, maybe as my second character but not first. What do you guys think of this footage?
