Where the heck has eidos and crystal dynamics been hiding my raziel? where is my kain?
Stop hiding them from me! Give me back 2 of the most awesome characters of all time! Give me back me back Nosgoth! Give me back my damn Pillars!
Oh sight! Just a little outburst but its about time we get a new legacy of kain game! I wouldnt even mind if it didnt tie all of the loose ends at all! part of the awesome of the universe has been the ability to draw your own conclusions.
Still keeping my fingers crossed! Maybe they should sell the IP to someone who cares if they dont, just saying it would at least be steping in the right direction!
Lets see how Mr. Pitchford fares with ressurecting a 10 year old badass character! Maybe we can all persuade him if he does a good job!

Raziel can't come back, he was absorbed by the Soul Reaver remember? It would have been nice to see a proper conclusion to the series though, they were so close.

They don't care about Legacy of Kain, since that series doesn't have boobs or a bad reputation :P.

Time travel! he gets absorved in the past, he gets "un-absorbed" in the future when it breaks! who knows what could happen!
Maybe he just haunts Kain around from within the sword. Something!
Or maybe its all about Kain from now on! not like he hasnt carried hes own games a few times! Just... uugh stupid cliff hangar ending for what? 6-7 years now? Ah well human beings are meant to dream.

Eidos is too obsessed with 'Dude no really. This time Lara Croft won't suck!(though Guardians of Light was fantastic) 
 
Think about it this way, what if they made a modern day one and it sucked? What if they remade Raziel or Kain a la Max Payne or Dante? Imagine if Deus Ex 3 is awful and puts another tarnish on that name, imagine the same happening with LoK.

Yes! I was disappointed by Defiance, the cameras were terrible, but Soul Reaver 2 was the reason I got a PS2, it was awesome to play it for the first time and was a game I would revisit often because of the story.  The puzzles were also freaking amazing.

And I guess if they made a new one and it sucked then though luck I'd still prefer it if they tried! enough Lara Croft as you put it so well. Some IPs are just too good to put aside.

Wow I thought I was the only one left who cared about those games...shit, now I'm reminded about how bad I want the series back.

I would not at all be opposed to another one of these games. Raziel was bad ass.

I would love to see another Soul Reaver game. I never expected Eidos to make another Thief game, but apparently they are. Who knows, maybe they will go back and start doing something with all the decent properties they have that are just collecting dust.

The first Soul Reaver was amazing but the second one was awful. I'd love to see a new game, or reboot the series.

Need more Kain! He is one of the best villians to grace the ps2,only behind Virgil from DMC in my book. But alas action and adventure games are dead its all about the first person shooters. This truely is the end of times.

A current gen LoK would be amazing.

Im starting to think theres alot of people out there feeling the same way about this... how can they not realise it? the first blood omen was so much fun and a great game for its time, soul reaver was awesome. And I did like blood omen 2 although it was a less awesome game. Soul Reaver 2 was interesting for the story and narrative and Defiance was "okay" though that started to drag the gameplay to a more God of Warish type which i disliked. Give me a new Soul Reaver 1 with the exploration and rpgish elements. Also that first Reaver was dark and a little hard at times, made it great!

I don't remember playing Soul Reaver, but Soul Reaver 2 was one of my favorite PS2 games.

*Playstation 1 nostalgia* Ahh.

I would like a return to Nosgoth in some-form or the other.
 
In regards to Raziel and Kain...Dude, I think it's good that it's over. So many franchises are stretched and made overtly convoluted. Legacy of Kain was dealing with some pretty severe time-traveling plot-lines, yet was able to keep everything from falling apart. I think it's a good thing that the actual series ended. Think about it: How many other franchises can proclaim this? Kain's legacy has been set by the end of Defiance. 
 
What they could do is return to the world: Because that medieval vampire world is filled for storyline pillaging. I love Kain, but I would rather see someone new. In the meantime, what we should be demanding is perhaps some type of PS3 HD collection of every Legacy of Kain game. Crystal Dynamics is pretty focused on working with Tomb Raider for the near future, but after that? Who knows. Would love to see a return to that world.
