Oh my god I'm suddenly super hype about Smash again! It seemed like the leak that's been flying around was gonna be all the characters we're getting, but it sure as hell didn't have Rayman or any other Ubisoft character on it. Speculation reigns again!

You're talking about the Gematsu leak right? That one never mentioned Rosalina so hope for other characters has been very much alive since then.

It has been really poop in my experience, both in terms of image quality and playability. With Wi-Fi it was literally unusable (it would disconnect every 40 seconds or so) and with a direct connection there was still noticeable input lag.

With the way I had heard it talked up by some people i was expecting the same quality that the Wii U delivers. It is not even close.

Elaborate troll. To Ubisoft too for probably making them think that Rayman was going to be an assist trophy or something more important than a vanilla collectable.

Hard to see Argentina lose, but Germany were indeed the more top to bottom well oiled machine.

To be fair though, and this is probably just my bias as a german talking, Argentinia should have gotten at least 1 red card throughout the game (more like 2). The way they tackled some of our players (especially Schweinsteiger and Kramer) was brutal. It was a great game though an easily could have ended the other way around. Glad that it wasn't a boring finale.

If anything Germany's goalie deserved a red card or at the very least Argentina deserved a penalty kick.

And thank you Joachim Loew, although this still doesn't make you a master tactician exactly, you sure as hell have deserved your place among the very best. The German national team has come a long, long way with him as the head coach. And what a successful one it turned out to be in the end.

What was up with him? He had the same static face the whole time. It was like he had taken a horse tranquilizer before the game.

Can you guys imagine how ecstatic Herrera would have been if that had been Mexico that won? He would have been like something out of a Looney Tunes cartoon.

So I didn't have a chance to see the game. Was it at least an interesting match or was it yet again a kinda boring final?

Really damn good with some really close calls throughout.

That shit with Dan is embarrassing. People who feel the need to speak out about how much they hate soccer always remind me of those obnoxious atheists that feel the need to talk shit whenever anything tangentially related to religion comes up. What kind of pathetic pleasure do you gain from trying to piss people off who are enjoying themselves? If something isn't for you just ignore it. I dislike wrestling and thus I just ignore it. I don't go into the wrestling threads and talk down to everyone there who is having fun.

Anyway, speaking of religion I wonder how the pope took the loss.

@a_e_martin: You can watch mexican soccer, Liga MX it starts next week!

Oh cool, I'll have to look into that!

Hell yea! Be on the look out for Atlas and stay away from any team with a goat as its mascot!

It was a good game. Argentina was clearly out of steam at the end and had crooked feet. Had it gone to penalties they would have lost anyway.

That was a foul by the German goalie.
