What would people recommend for someone who wants a pc fightstick for SFV? I don't want the most expensive stick but I also don't want a cheap one that won't preform well.

Exclusively for PC use? If so a 360 Hori stick with Sanwa parts runs you $120 plus shipping at Arcade Shock. I believe that is about as cheap as it gets at the moment for a stick with good parts.

I personally am still using the same PS3 WWE Brawl Stick from four years ago (damn time flies). Since that blog post I added a bat top and octo gate because I am not an animal.

The thing is great and I love the smaller form and weight but I am definitely looking to upgrade because who knows how many games are going to support PS3 sticks going forward. I currently have my eye on the Mad Catz Fightstick Alpha but want to wait and see what the consensus on it is first.

As a bonus, here is a picture of my brothers TE2.

With Street Fighter 5 coming out in a few hours and tons of other fighting games coming this year I figure a general arcade stick thread is appropriate. What kind of stick are you using? How do you like it? Would you recommend it to others?

GameTrailers was the reason I first check out this site.. I had seen Jeff a few times on Invisible Walls and then in the comments for the MK vs DC review someone said the reviewer was full of shit and that Jeff on Giant Bomb had actually given it a fair score. I check out this site and sure enough, it was true. It seemed like Jeff was the only person on the internet that shared my love of that game.

I didn't watch their stuff anymore but it is still a bummer to see them go.

Man, I still need to get around to playing the Tomb Raider reboot. It looks like fun and the second one does too.

I really wanted to get Hotline Miami 2 as well. I had a ton of fun getting the platinum in the first game. This is the first I am hearing that there are changes to the gameplay though so I shall change my expectations whenever I finally get around to it.

I bought Dark Souls after that fantastic Rorie, Vinny, Brad Quick Look but I didn't end up caring for the gameplay that much and dropped it when I got to the butterfly on the bridge. Hearing that Bloodborne is more fast-paced definitely makes me interested.

Iron Man 3, The Long Kiss Goodnight,….... actually, pretty much any Shane Black movie.

Ok so I'm watching Sense8 now because you compared it to Twin Peaks. It's hamfisted, pretentious and smug... and nothing like Twin Peaks. I feel lied to!

Actually the main mystery is intriguing, but watching everything else feels like I'm being lectured by a grade-school teacher. Kinda like an LGBT version of Crash with some added jackhammer subtlety.

Stick with it! It gets really good. The first episode in particular is a little blunt in its attempt to give you a quick idea of who the eight main characters are. The episodes get more focused and center around fewer characters as it goes on.

@darthorange: Enjoy One Piece while it's still good. You got a few arcs left and then the pacing slows down to a damn crawl, the villains are all garbage and the characterization of the main crew takes a nose dive for at least 100 episodes. I'm almost done with the show even though it use to be my favorite anime. Truly a shame.

Nooooooo. :(
