Let the announcement breathe, let people process that Jeff is leaving. Don't just get it out there and then start a countdown. For us who have been around since the beginning this is a big shift.

After the bombshell of Jeff leaving (with the weird ass statement) you now put on a countdown clock on twitch? Baffling.

I have not seen anyone comparing them gameplay wise at all. The only thing I have seen is the timing of the releases.

I actually think this thread has mostly been fine. Why not moderate the posts rather than the thread? It does seem the site forums have a moderation issue which would explain the lack of activity.

I've come to the realisation that the new giant bomb isn't for me. I've probably moved on with myself alongside the team, and thats ok. You can not like something anymore without having to call out individual staff members. Saying that, I do find the tone a bit too dour but that is what they do, they give honest opinions and I don't resonate with that anymore which is fine too.

I think the Avengers game had problems throughout its development. I still believe it was originally a single player game that was retooled for a GAAS. I think if done right an Avengers GAAS could be great.

For the upcoming superhero games I agree with Chaser, I think they are in good hands and will be an evolution on what the devs do best.

Enjoyed it at first but fell off it pretty quick. I just found it quite boring in the end.
