You've played the game already?! Wowzers! Must be cool that you have played through and completed the game already and now can form an informed opinion on it, and aren't just basing this off of a small gameplay demo and some trailers. Ok, that's enough snark, but it really erks me when people are giving the final product a grade when it's not even out yet. I agree that the demo and videos don't really look like the previous games, and EA doesn't have the greatest track record of pleasing fans as of late, but this game isn't even out yet, at least wait for it's launch before completely writing it off.

I didn't care in mass effect and I don't care now. As long as I can get everything without spending real world money I am fine with that. And I am curious about what you consider "other missteps" since this game isn't out and you would be basing your opinion off of a small gameplay demo.

Skate 3. When I am bored with no games to play, or during a busy release season and can't decide which game to play, I put in skate 3. I have put in hundreds of hours into that game.

If the lack of quality video games coming out (not that I agree with that statement) is enough to make your year a bad one, you should reevaluate your life. At least look into finding an alternative way to spend your time, may I suggest reading, or going outside and getting active, or sleeping more ( I would opt for the third option).

Ninja Scroll. I don't like anime, but that movie is crazy, in a good way.

@Sackmanjones: I agree, but would call the co op mediocre as well.

Avoid face, neck and hands. That's my only stipulation. But get a tattoo, I would go with "Bad Mother Fucker" on whatever ass cheek you keep your wallet.
