Didn't we get a prequel in the first PSP game? and didn't we get a bunch of background about trying to "free himself from the Gods" throughout God of War 1?

I'm not trying to be cynical, I have played all the games and love them... but I'm just a big confused since I thought that was the entire basis of the first PSP game.

I know the fanboys of GB will bash me, but as a paying member not sure where else to say this... Last year was about 100x funnier and sillier. Not sure why we needed intercuts of you guys acting stupid. No offense but you are not actors, please stick to the 5 second random intercuts between videos for 2013. I'm sure you won't care since well, we all know Ryan and Patrick's ego is enough to fill the entire milk way.

I was hoping to snag those walking dead episodes but rather wait if they bring back the deals for a last hurrah or something (I feel like they used to do this).

Thanks.

Just got done today, I didn't do a ton of side stuff, mostly in it for the story... but fantastic! Anyone else feel the same way? I tried to put my finger on the reason. I generally find real world open world games very boring (like GTA), well made but dull. I think the great setting and undercover aspect helped.

Ulitametly I think it's because the main character was likeable and relatable. I never felt that in my time for any GTA game. I'm not GTA bashing, they are great games, but not for me, who else is in the same boat?

And the slow mow and over the top aspects of sleeping dogs were fun, I like that it was "real" but embraced still being a videogame.

Wow a news writeup that is barely cynical... Am I still on giantbomb?

Just like to publicly thank Brad for talking about this in the quicklook. I honestly just was watching it for his funny reactions to shit going crazy and sorta half paying attention until I was like WTF?!?!

If anyone doesn't know you can check a box named elective mode and it totally can change what abilities you choose. Just do a search on diablo 3 and that term, I'm sure people have mentioned it elsewhere. Basically you can are no longer limited to 1 skill per "group", but still the same amount of overall usable skills.

For those who are going to be like... DUDE WTF YOU ARE A NEWB!! Ok thanks... but seriously no tooltip or anything popped up telling me about that, how would you know if you didn't read online or someone told you (both of which didn't happen till Brad).

BTW I was freaking level 27 when I found out about this, and my skill bar totally changed!

Did I not notice this before? It just seems if it's not a weird game from Japan or doing something different its "stupid and dumb". I kinda cringe when he talks on the bombcast or quicklooks now...

Is this a new thing or has he always been things way? I admit I don't read his stuff since well... they are always about something like kickstarter or molyjamwhich I could care less about.

Just when I got used to ignoring Ryan's "I know everything" statements...

Brad + Jeff + Vinny + Whitta would be the best bombcast group.

@gamefreak9: Easy to get into and hard to master

That to me is the one thing that defines every Blizzard game, which I LOVE ABOUT THEM! Being older now (27) I don't have as much time, but if I want to spend the time I will get a very deep experience out of it. I got pretty deep into Starcraft 2 for a few months, and I may for Diablo 3, but if not I'll still have a blast to just jump in an play. That's the best part, you can hop into Starcraft 2 a year later, not know the patches, and still have a blast, maybe not as good at the game as before... but if you are a newbie or amazing at games you'll have a blast.
