@Jeff: Thanks a million! Everything is all good now.

Thank you Giant Bomb community for your trademark brand of disheartened snarkiness.
This is a problem I found in the QL also. I have a pretty good gaming PC, but not one that can run this game nearly as good as they could in the QL. The problem I found was the absolute slamming of the console version, only to then go in the opposite direction with the PC version assuming eeeeveryone watching can do the same on their awesome in-office PC (oh wait)
I'm a uni student, can't quite afford the incremental upgrades at the moment. I will get it on the PC soon anyway and see what I can do with it regardless, but it is something in the QL I thought was very off.
@MildMolasses I think the implementation of a "score" is the big fault of this game. Like you said before in this thread, it gives you negative points for playing it "wrong" and therefore is discouraging you from the experimentation that made Blood Money and the other games in the series so awesome.
Totally, I really hate the way the game has been dissected like that, any illusion is thrown away because of it. I only got this impresson from the QL so I have no idea if you can turn it off and ignore it or not.
Another small thing again from the QL, is that it might as well be Hitman: Arkham City. I remember Hitman games of old having some really vibrant colourful levels as well as dark ones naturally, but everything I have ever seen of this games looks far far too brooding. I'm sure that is the direction they wanted to take it in but I'm not such a fan of that in the context of Hitman.
@Barrabas: It's the playlist, not the map. If it was the map that would be quite ludicrous. It's just in custom games now, which renders it completely useless. They say it'll be back for future double XP weekends, but that's no good.
Who knows how often they will be, and Nuketown is so boosty to begin with, double XP just makes me feel like I'm cheating myself. I'm already halfway through prestige 1 (which is nothing anyway) but I've never gotten that far in any CoD, ever.
Edit: sorry, it's already been said whilst writing this.
Holy fuck! I am completely disgusted by this. I mean for one it was available before the double XP weekend...technically only 6 days, not even 7.
Maybe they'll give the Nuketown 2025 map away at some point so that everyone does have it and then they can slip the map into the rotation proper. Either that, or give it away with the first map pack and include it in the playlist for that.
That is the ONLY acceptable thing to do, everyone should have it already anyway, otherwise I fully endorse giving Treyarch shit about it.
Just this, nothing but this.
