1. Mass Effect 2
Fantastic sequel to 2007's hit from Bioware. They took everything that was not working and fixed it, and THEN some. An absolute blast from start to finish. I called ME2 GOTY 2010 in January and I still think its the best game to come out this year.

Great gameplay, fantastic story and what an ending!!

3. Heavy Rain
Top notch mo-cap, great story and dialog. A cool experience on the PS3.

5. Battlefield: Bad Company 2
My favorite shooter this year, tight gameplay and kickass multiplayer. Vietnam is also a great addon for this!

6. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty
Its Starcraft but better. That says it all.

7. Transformers: War For Cybertron
Just like Batman Arkham Asylum last year, they took the IP and made it their own, designed it around a great game that really captures the essence of the Transformers.

8. Valkyria Chronicles II
The best game on the PSP this year by far, works so great on that platform.

9. Darksiders
Zelda God of War = always a good idea

10. Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening
Its an addon but its sooo good. Better writing, better cast of caracters. So good!
