Heights, flying, spiders, and clowns. I almost picked snakes too but that's more of a "this thing can kill me I'm running away" fear, whereas my fear of spiders is more primal. Really just all insects can fucking die.

As far as tattoos go this is far from the dumbest idea I've heard. Have you considered just getting the bomb on its own without the words? Might actually end up looking better and can work on its own for people who don't know what the site is.

It's a factor of how much of a game's online service you consider to be part of the game. On one hand I feel that if they gave the game a 9.5, then that should stand regardless of if the servers are broken or not. If the game itself is a 9.5 then the game is a 9.5 and that's all there is to it. On the other hand though, games are becoming more and more like services, and all the stuff that comes with that probably should be included in a review score.

With a game like this that's dependent on its online service, they absolutely should have waited. And changing the review score down to a 4 is insane. Why even write reviews if you're just going to change them at will?

EDIT: Someone posted this a gif that sums this up pretty well on the page for the review: http://i.imgur.com/0G8OrgY.gif

I might be alone in thinking this, but why is the music on the server so shitty? Cher might be funny for 30 seconds, but hearing that fucking song every 5 tracks is a nightmare.

@patrickklepek Awesome article, I was wondering where the hell this crazy game came from. Spaceteam made me really miss the in-person interaction you used to always get with older consoles, but now miss because everything is online.

BTW this sentence seems off:

"There is no singleplayer component to Spaceteam, but Spaceteam’s genius is easily it converting friends and family."

I voted option 4 even though I do know who "these" people are. I've just never really actually listened to Pink Floyd. I don't know why because I've always liked what I've heard from them. When I was younger I sort of had a thing against bands with 12 minute songs, but I've been meaning to eventually listen to Pink Floyd because they always seemed like the only psychedelic or long form rock band that was actually interesting. I know Syd Barrett was in the band when they were more of a 60s psychedelic flower group. What's the distinction between Waters and Gilmour?

I stopped listening to Gearbox as a whole after they said Borderlands would have a good story. Okay, I don't know if they actually said that, but my point is companies always talk up their product before release. Let's point this indignation at the entire industry. For the record my other point is that I think Gearbox makes mediocre games.

Cerny was also pretty damn intense, in a kind of slow burn way.

sure, but I just felt he was really excited about it.

driveclub guy became like, 5 levels above excited.

I agree, it was more just the sort of crazy look in his eyes. He looks like an evil genius.

It's funny because I think sometimes the GB community perceives itself as being pessimistic, when in my experience we're more optimistic than most other places. I totally agree with Justin on this one. Also those three hosts came off like smug assholes.
