@Sooty: We really like to mix stuff around and not just go for one style. The entire album has some different songs on it while still keeping some of what makes our music.. ours? or something like that. Thanks for commenting :)

I really hate screamo style vocals, it makes me think of stuff like Bring Me the Horizon who make my ears cry, not saying yours is having the same effect as that crap though.

So it's not that it's too heavy for me, I just don't like that style. I prefer these types of vocals when it comes to 'extreme' types of metal:

So stuff like Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth...etc for everything else, there is black metal or hip-hop.

It's a bit too derivative for my tastes, but there's no doubt you guys are crazy talented. Maybe I'm just an old stick in the mud but it's too much Lamb of God and not enough Death.

Nice tunes. I don't like growling/screaming vocals in my metal but the instruments are good.

Great job, not my sort of music, but still good work.

I can only listen to melodic death metal, stuff with clean vocals as well like Soilwork and Scar Symmetry. Sounds professional though, good job.

Impressive. I'm not a big fan of screamos but I absolutely love the sound of the instruments. Nice to hear some fantastic music for a change. Today's clubbing music is absolutely horrendous and it's nice to hear something more "organic" for a change. Metal Forever!

I turned it on, said to myself "this is good but I don't really like metal", and then I kinda forgot what I was doing and listened to the rest of the song while doing something else. If that doesn't say quality, THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES.

I was digging it, until I heard the vocals. Not saying your stuff is shit. Just not a fan of those type of vocals. Best of luck! hope that hard work pays off.

I'm going to say now that I'm not into death metal or metalcore. The drumming, specifically, turns me off the genre more than anything else. I'm the kind of person who doesn't enjoy most of Neil Peart's drumming, so don't take it personally. I prefer a more reserved drummer with moments of brilliance, a lá Keith Moon.

As someone who doesn't have much ability to distinguish screaming/demonic vocals, these seem par for the course, which is fine! And the guitar work is pretty excellent. If I was into this kind of music, I'd pick it up. Listening to your posted tracks, I'm actually not hating it and I usually hate this stuff! So consider this some strong work. Good luck, duder.

EDIT: That second song is FUCKIN' AWESOME. I'm not a fan of the genre, but it goes through enough movements that I was able to really, really enjoy it. I might recommend this to a couple of friends of mine. Let me know when it goes to wide release, okay?

@MikeGosot: Nightmare is about 2-2.5 years old I think. God had a plan is not that old but compared to when the album will be out it's really outdated.

@Harkat: There are stuff we would have done differently, which is mainly why our next album would be a whole-lot of betters. There is a fine line between having the kick sounding like a real drum and having it sound like triggers though. I rather have it sound real ;)

@ZeForgotten: Seems like I've been saying this forever but the album will be out VERY soon. Unless itunes burn down or something like that.. Typical of my luck if you ask me.

@AlexW00d: I'm glad not to disappoint :D Vocals did get a hard run during recording but nothing less as if it was live. Takes some vocal chords to do it though. There is small sections of blast beats on the album but I putting more blast beats in just to have more blast beats wouldn't fit most of the stuff we do.

I'm glad to see that people mostly enjoy those two songs.

There's a couple more songs on our barely used myspace.

Hah, don't worry I'm just joking :P. I'm amazed at some of the stuff created by people and their computers. Even that takes talent to hit something that actually becomes popular and doesn't just sound the same as everything else. (that goes for all types of music, really)

I'll have to agree with others, was not expecting you to sound this good, usually threads like this disappoint.

Although I must echo I don't really feel the vocalist, sounds like he's really straining himself a lot of the time. I'd also love to hear more blast beats, but that's just me.

The music is very good though, the guitars especially; you can tell you're a Scandinavian band for sure, and I am sure you'll know what I mean by that. Most American metalcore is just chug chug chug tap tap tap, whereas you guys have a definite groove to it. I wish you luck good sir.

I'm not a big fan of this type of vocals, BUT i've really enjoyed the songs. It's hard for me to enjoy something like this, so congratulations.

I mostly listen to EDM and Electronica and know nothing about Metal, but damn, that second track is sweet.

I really like how it has groove, tact and finesse to it despite how hardcore it is.

However, and this may just be me and my inexperience with metal, I'd like the bass drum to kick a lot harder. It kinda drowns into the midrange. I like a good THUMP. That's my one nitpick.

Was not expecting the production to be as lavish as that, not sure about the vocalist though. Good luck with the whole album thing, can't say I'm a fan but the fact you even managed to get this done is impressive.
