Bastion does not need a nerf. He has so many hard counters that if you're losing to him, it's because of your team fucking up.
Mei is a bit too strong, I feel. She is way to strong one-on-one due to her high health and quick freezing. Bring her down to 200 health and see what happens.
@dezztroy: You can play The Following without beating the main game, though you have to buy the actual game. If you haven't already played Dying Light (or beat it), I don't see why you'd want to go into The Following though, as it's a continuation of where the end of the main left off. You can start a new game though, but I'd recommend using the save from your main game playthrough.
I played through the original game at launch with a couple friends and we'd like to start fresh in The Following as the game was rather easy by the time we finished it.

People keep commenting on the snake's "bra-armor". They should probably get their eyes checked as the armor covers just about everything of what you'd consider to be the snake's torso.
Also, why did this whole thing become such a big deal in just the last couple days? There have been screenshots of the Viper for ages.
It's a great game and I hope it catches on but man, they really need to get their shit together regarding servers. It's straight up unplayable currently.
@loafsmooch: Hip fire accuracy with shields was brought way down and getting shot at brings it down even further to the point where you can miss people in melee range. Shields no longer dominate the game.
