So after a week of taking the DS to work I finally got 5 street passes when I went to the main shopping area (mall).  Only problem I found was that I checked them when I went back to work and when I got home tried to use them in the quest but couldn't.  Slightly annoying as that's the main reason I had the street pass on for.

So yeah after loading it up it is just 19 courses plus the masters.  To be honest I think the wording on the box is a little misleading but that's EA for you.

I'm in the uk and just picked up the PS3 CE edition. On the box it says that all 19 extra holes are included. Will see if this is true when I get it home.

I would say the Lego games red bricks count as cheats.
I think the advent of new game+ and DLC ment the end of cheats in game.

 
It doesn't matter if your character  has unlocked the second playthrough as the DLC can be accessed from both playthroughs. 

First playthrough DLC has set levels and the second playthrough versions do scale to your level except for the General Knoxx DLC which will stick to a set level until you complete a certain mission then it will scale.

I have read that other people have had this problem. 
 
It does appear to be related to the retro map pack.  I think there is a work around but don't have the pack so not sure what it is.  
I thik removing the map pack is one way or changing the map settings from any to a specific map.

Not certain but would say yes it must be 2 meters it definately isnt 20.
