Also, there is a video of Tippl from Actiblizzungie saying, as he shakes the Bungie CEO's hand, "...kick EA's ass...".  Really ABB?  You think Bungie will give you the revenge you seek against Respawn and EA?  Get over yourselves.

  Are they trying to make us, the consumers, belive that at this point Bungie simply cannot self-publish?  Bullshit, they could create the Gears of War Wars game, stamp Bungie and "from the creators of Halo" (you know every box hence forth will contain that), and the kids will gobble it up.  So, why bother with a publishing deal at all?
