I believe they mentioned it wasn't a top priority, if that counts...
Nice to know it's been brought up though.
But yeah, if I go to the specific forums for new releases (Crysis 3 was a recent one), it's just not as 'packed' with discussion as it used to be. Every big new release would be guaranteed a bunch of threads discussing it but, if I try to check things out now, it seems far more quiet. At least, it has for all the title's I've bothered to check sporadically over the past few weeks.
I just don't see myself ever really using the forums much again if they stay hidden like this which is sad. GB is the only forum community I've every really gotten behind but the minor inconvenience of no longer being reminded of its existence every time I visit the home page means I just forget to come here anymore.
The homepage (actually, pretty much every page) has a button to go right to the forums, does it really need any more than that? If you don't want to leave the homepage just yet, you could always just open them in another tab then switch to it when you've finished doing whatever it is you do on the homepage.
I've been using a character in role playing games since I was about thirteen named Artemis. It started out as a boy but then I got bored of using him. I am terrible at creating characters so I just genderswapped him to being a woman when I was about fourteen and ended up liking her a lot more. I was trying to find a way to feminize it and settled on Artemesia and I've been using that for the past several years.
Xbox live's name suggester. In the grand tradition of TimeMuffin (though mine is older than that) I left it up to the professionals at microsoft, or you know, the script they wrote to pull one word from their list of adjectives and one from their list of nouns and mash them together.
The runner up suggestion of that day was AbhorrentNose.
I usually eat breakfast, except for the mornings when I'm so not awake I forget I haven't had it yet and leave for work. I only ever figure it out when I get home and my toast plate is still in the cupboard.
