Only because I got sick of my GS username, and thought it'd be nice to establish a different internet identity. The forums just aren't up to scratch yet, though. Seems to be slightly better than yesterday, but the quality of topics really needs to improve. Right now, it's exactly the same as GS OT (with some System Wars leakage), which are both places I avoid....

Well not to be a jerk, but I registered on Gamespot in 2002 and my moderation history is spotless.   It's not that difficult, just don't attack others and conduct yourself in a polite manner without resorting to personal attacks or petty insults."

"Gamespot took it too far. It was fun up till around 2004, then I have no clue what happened but the mods went crazy. Basically anything could have been viewed as moddable unless it was goofy ridiculous pointless conversation involving a ton of smiley faces. Ive been banned way too many times there, and the reason I was banned first on ChipmunkDeluxe was never even told to me, at least on the other accounts I got a message saying why. They just banned me, so I made a new account and I was banned again. Eventually I found a way to get around it but still, I was banned at least (not exaggerating) around 15 times.

I don't really care about the scoring system, but can I just point out that nearly all movie reviewers use half-star increments. 5 possible scores doesn't really seem adequate. But whatever, it's a minor issue.

Another GS user here. I like it there, but I though I would spread my wings. Actually, all this negativity about GS makes me a little sad. C'mon, you all know it's a great site. Be fair.

I'm in Sydney. Wow, so many people from GS here. Should Cnet be worried?

PS- I love how we can say Fuck here. It feels so liberating. Shit. Oh, I'm loving this. The GS moderators would be appalled.
