Are you pumped for the future!?   I sure am.  I read the recent news about MS (that's Microsoft) and the Kinect Manufacturer releasing an SDK for Kinect.  This is of course great news for the throngs of super nerds who have plans to further their relentless self-education.  It is however, not so great news for humanity.  I see a future in which Quadracopter Kinects hover over the streets and intersections of our cities.  What are they doing up there?  Oh nothing, they are just 'writing' moving violations and emailing them to our Android devices in real time, and paypal charges our accounts upon receipt.  The best part of this whole thing is that these robots will be self sufficient.  They'll not need our help at all once the are activated off the assembly line.  See they will be able to survive off of the wildlife in the cities.  That is to say you won't have bird feces all over your car anymore, you'll have robocop[ter] feces all over your car.  
 
This is definitely progress.
