If you plan on exchanging it I would NOT open the game and play. As is i imagine they will give you absolutely no hassle, but if you play the game that may give them grounds to refuse an exchange or at least lead to complications.

Took me about 15 hours, I sort of wish it was longer. I did not do all the side missions, but i did all the ones i came across that looked even the slightest bit interesting.
