T changes the air filter. I don't think you can check your watch anymore, at least didn't find anything in the keyboard binding options.

I was surprised you can no longer pull up your hand and look at your watch to see if you're being seen or how much time you have remaining. I liked that :(

@assinass: Dude, how do you punch guys?

Also, you get 100 monies if you start with Ranger mode, but I'm always carrying over 300 money-bullets at any given time, and nothing to spend it on, and can't pick up bullets cus I'm full all the time. What can you spend money on besides upgrades and ammo?

You're right that the controls are a little finicky, but nothing that caused any issues during the demo.

Oh yeah, absolutely worth it regardless, was just nit-picking really. Just brought it up because it would be perfect otherwise, imo.
Bought it too, can't wait to play. Also great ending to that Demo!

So has anyone played the Demo yet?
I've been following development for this game for a while now, the cross-link mechanic is just a brilliant idea and from what I have played from the Demo, that mechanic seems to deliver on all its promises. The writing and aesthetics for the game seem to be just spot-on as well.

Although the player control, jumping, and enemy AI could be a bit tighter. You can tell it's the work of an amateur and done in Gamemaker. It's unfortunate because all it would take is just tweaking some values for character speed, add a bit of a walk before accelerating to sprint, maybe some friction and deceleration. It's really funny how we take all those things for granted in modern platformers. Everyone should aim to copying Mario World for character control.

I completely agree, it wouldn't take that much work to improve the single-player experience, I'll have to try that foreveralone trick of playing with an extra controller to get two character types at the same time.

How I've been handling is I treat each level in "layers" so I use the character that's best for its task, like using the pickpocket to get coins from people, then letting him die and using the hacker to get those pesky biometric safes, etc. But you end up not getting that trophee for clearing it without deaths :(

I've just stopped playing single-player.

This game is, and I quote, an "indie co-op stealth game", meaning that if you're playing it alone you really are missing out on the best things this game has to offer.
Specially couch co-op, being in the same room while playing is an amazing experience, which is why I loved that for the PC they included that oldschool single-pc multiplayer play.
