I’ve been playing Final Fantasy since it first started a long while ago on the old NES system. In Final Fantasy (the original) the game mechanics were rather simple but it was still quite ahead of its time for the amount it allowed you to do. You could travel around on a map, use different vehicles, and complete quests which awarded you a plethora of weaponry and items.
