It seems to be random, but yeah, a lot of the videos are too quiet. I frequently have to use headphones because full volume on my laptop speakers isn't loud enough.

I can deal with non-specific noises from outside my room, like traffic, loud neighbours etc. Can't handle any noise from inside my room, especially if I know what the source is. Light-wise, I pull the cable from the 360 power adapter to kill the orange light, unplug routers/ethernet switches, pull the power cable from my desktop PC (ethernet port orange and green lights plus motherboard power LED), fuss with curtains and generally freakout over even the slightest light source. Seriously considering black-out curtains.

I have even been kept awake by the power light on my closed macbook pulsing on and off, even though it was in a closed bag. I could see the light through the zip.

Hopefully "virtual set" is code for a VRML version of the site.

i think they have mentioned it on their podcast and, if memory serves, Will has a Biology degree of some kind and Norm has one in Cognitive Science.

They obviously brought him on to provide best-in-class coverage of skinny games.

There's probably more. I threw in some racing games as those are usually great when they turn the assists off. You also might want to look up some of the RTS quick looks, like this one of Napoleon: Total War.

Addicting? No. Addictive? Yes.

But, seriously, I've spent 100 hours at least with it and can see myself spending 100 more.

Is the aura a spell effect? If it is you could disenchant it and enchant some light armour.
