I lift 5 times a week and run 3 times a week. I'm in pretty good shape, but I'm not quite on that bodybuilding level. I'm really close, but I need to lose about ten pounds, and I love going out and eating bad food with people too much to keep off the weight.
This is exactly me except my vice isn't eating bad food as much as it is alcohol. That shit can nullify your workout no matter how hard you go.
