Right now I'm going back and playing some older stuff that I played a significant chunk of and then dropped with a view of beating some stuff and I guess in the process getting their respective monkeys off my back. Recently went back and finished GTA SA as that was one that eluded me back in the day (as it turns out I was annoyingly close to the end, it's that long ago now that I can't even remember why I gave up on it) which was great. Continuing down a similar(ish) theme I'm currently working my way through the remastered version of LA Noire. I am really massively impressed with how well that game has held up, again not sure why it passed me by but very pleased to be righting that now.

@sethmode: This is my exact experience also, not problematic in any capacity other than a couple of times where I paused mid combat and even then it was a minor inconvenience at worst.

My buddy had one of those Game Genie dealies for the N64, let you play multiplayer in the locked off bit of the Facility level (i.e. the bit with the exploding gas canisters at the end of the level in single player). I don't really know why but that absolutely blew our minds as kids.

Cinematography-wise I have always been a massive fan of Natural Born Killers.

Zero, I drink about 15 cups of tea a day at work and if I ate biscuits too I'd get diabetes and they'd take my foot.

Guess I'm a little late to the party here but what the hey. Just caught up with raw on my dvr, was a Rock fan all the way through the attitude era but nowadays every word that comes out of his mouth is complete shite. If I was one of those cops I would have pepper sprayed the fucker. Embarrassing.

Fair play to her, I've been struggling to help my Gran understand how to get her fucking clock radio to work.
