I wholeheartedly recommend a Windows Phone. I think WP is under-appreciated. I have a Samsung Focus, which I would totally recommend, but I don't think they sell it anymore. But I heard the Nokia Lumia 900 are really good.

<iostream> is the library you will be using in your program, which includes cout, cin, etc.

There are other libraries you can use, such as <cmath>, <vector>, <fstream>, those are just the basic ones, there are a lot more.

Where's the option for "Murder"? I hear ninjas are best at that.

Borderlands is not known for its story, so I don't think you will miss that much if you start with Borderlands 2. I mean I played Mass Effect 2 before Mass Effect, and I totally enjoyed the game, and the story is really important in the Mass Effect franchise. So, you will totally have fun in Borderlands 2 even if you never played Borderlands. Although if it's cheap, you should totally get it because it's super rad.
