I hope Rorie and Alex have better luck with finding Crusader Kings 3 less impenetrable! I have been really enjoying it so far.
Also, since Abby expressed some modest interest in CK3 during this stream, I just wanted to say I would love to see her and/or hear about her giving it a chance! During the preview coverage the developers talked about how they think the life simulation aspects of the game should make it really appealing to Sims players and that they don't see their target audience as just strategy gamers and history nerds. Some reviewers have backed that up and Gita Jackson from Vice compared the game to a Sims 4 legacy challenge.
Absolutely, since Gita mentioned the Sims comparison on a recent Waypoint podcast I've been wondering what Abby would make of the game.
