Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the name of the "food," the spelling thereof, that is mentioned on the recent episode during the part they talk about deep frying. "Karkis/Corkis?" Google hasn't made me any favors. Again, excuse this rather ignorant question on my part. Had just never heard of it before.

There isn't anything technically set up that allows for that. Try getting on the podcast's RSS feed, found here http://www.giantbomb.com/feeds/podcast/ , and just ctrl-f keywords or titles that may have been mentioned in the logline, based on topic of interest.
For what it's worth, I could do without a podcast for however long deemed neccesary by the rest of the crew, knowing that they, themselves, can come back confident enough to get on with the show. Certainly, Ryan's absence is going to be felt by us who've been there since day one. I could only imagine what it's like for his friends and colleagues alike, trying to reel from such irreparable damage on this scale, the likes of which I would never have seen coming.
Man, who would've though. All the E3 live shows feel like yesterday, just clicks away, as relevant as anything else. Now, I guess, we can only go back into the past, and celebrate the vast catalogue of everything we've come to love and respect that this great man left behind, in his wake.
Pouring one out for Ryan, as he used to say. You'll be sorely missed by everyone you affected.
Wait, what?? Surreal beyond words. Heart goes out to everyone struck by this unspeakable tragedy that coudn't possible have arrived at a worse time, including Ryan's wife, and all the folks at Giantbomb who had the pleasure of working with Ryan all these years. Truly unfathomable to have even thought about this a few days ago, much less have it happen just like that -- unbelievable.

For folks who missed out on the stream taking place earlier, do not fret. The whole video has been archived on their Twitch.TV page, so for everyone who didn't catch it, and can't wait until it makes its way onto the site proper, hop on over to http://www.twitch.tv/giantbomb/b/387005932 . Usually live shows get archived there moments after any given live show, before they get published on the website, so keep that in mind for future shows, if you don't have the patience to wait them out, that is.
I listen to alot of podcasts, but I recall having heard such words as "clutch," one I'm surprised no one made mention of, "fools," and "messed up" around GB as of late.
The unabashed glory of these fan-art drawings that have been trickling out as of late never ceases to amaze. These are awesome in a totally, you know, messed up way. Hats off to you, sir! Can't wait for the Saturday-morning cartoon of GB -- get someone on the horn, because someone should pick this up. Now we've, natch, seen these guys in the flesh on video, in pixel-art, and now in babies, what's next?
@Galiant: You can make custom SMS ringtones on the iPhone without the need of a jailbreak. That feature was rolled out as part of iOS 5 last year. So long as whatever format your song is in is converted into .m4r and is no more than 30 seconds long, they're syncable under the Ringtones tab in iTunes. There are a number of third-party apps that convert your mp3s into the right format iTunes and your phone require without the hassle of having to do it in iTunes. I, myself, use Bigasoft's iPhone Ringtone Maker -- haven't had any problems syncing the converted files to my iPhone and having them play fine as either ringtones or sms tones, all based on length. Once uploaded, it'll show up under all notification alerts in your sound settings.
