Give it away to a huge Starcraft fan who has been extremely unlucky in getting a key. Although the beta probably isn't going to last more than a couple weeks, I'm sure you can find someone on the boards who will put it to good use.
I wouldn't exactly say I would collect vinyl, other than a few bands. I have a lot of Oasis singles that were put out on vinyl and when I was younger amassed every LP, Album and Single by t.A.T.u. including the vinyls. Unfortunately my mother got rid of the record player we had in the mid nineties, so I've never listened to them. I would love to hear what any of the Beatles stuff sounded like back then.
I'll have the game next week, but unfortunately I don't have a working internet connection until later on in the week (stealing my neighbour's wifi at the moment). PSN: Ekasra
Killzone doesn't really do anything extremely spectacular in terms of first person shooters if you have either Modern Warfare 2 or Bad Company 2. Both are much better games. I would go with inFAMOUS. It's a great game and a great value for 30$.
Unforunately bro, Blizzard has changed the way they give out invites since the last way. They're now tied to your Battle.net account and not an actual key. This was probably meant to crack down on the people selling the keys on ebay for 300$ a pop. Be patient. I never thought that I would get in, but did.
I am a console gamer, but as someone who spent a long time before I was playing PC in a hardcore fashion, I can see where these guys are coming from. Dedicated servers are the standard on the PC front, even in Modern Warfare 2, and a lot of these admins have spent tons of money maintaining and purchasing the servers themselves. That, in addition to the fact that there is already a huge community based around these servers, can cause a lot of people to get upset. The petition has hit almost 55k (last time I checked at least), and that is a good chunk of dollars despite the fact that MW2 will probably sell twenty million.
I'm not a huge fan of the single player in COD4, or any COD other than the first one for that matter. It just doesn't hold my interest. However, the fast pace style of the multiplayer has kept me playing for almost two years now. COD4 gives me an incentive to keep playing with the level system, something that most FPSs (I'm looking at you Halo), doesn't.
I have to be honest, Twilight Princess was the first game I didn't use a guide on, and I've been playing since the NES era. Majora's Mask is particularly tough without any help.
