As someone who bought a Vita at launch, all I can say is NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I literally haven't touched the thing in months, and am honestly unsure if I ever will again.

If you absolutely MUST have one, wait for both a price drop and for some good games to come to it that aren't either ports or available on another console. As of now, pretty much the only thing I can think of that falls into that category is Lumines.

Guess the ads are the problem then. I'm not too invested in installing an ad blocker so another solution while we wait for a fix, loaded up TheRealGiantBomb account on youtube.

Oh yeah, I absolutely agree with this. I was only using Adblocker to test the issue and am usually pretty strongly against using it, especially around here.

UK here too, it looks like the ads aren't loading so the main content doesn't either.

Yep, had the same problem today, both on Gamespot and on Giantbomb (which are kinda the same in terms of video players?)

Anyway, I loaded the page again in firefox with Adblock installed. It worked. So, basically: Fix your shit, Cbsi. Until then, I´m gonna visit this site with Adblock on.

Yup, confirmed. I just installed Adblock and that fixed the problem so it's absolutely an issue with CBSi's ad provider. Let's hope they get it sorted out soon.

EDIT: Another update, I just deactivated Adblock and tried watching a couple of videos on Gamespot and weirdly enough, both the adverts and the content played without issue. Meanwhile, the ads here are still totally busted for me. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's looking like it might well be a GB specific issue.

I'm having the exact same problem with the new I love mondays. I usually never log in, but just did to respond to your post and it has made no difference to the problem.

I'm in the Nederlands, I've tried both IE and Chrome, and I did check and I can still watch old endurance run videos just fine.

I just tried to watch an old ER episode after reading that, but it didn't work for me. It looks like I'm completely unable to access any site content at all.

Huh, seems odd that this would just be happening to me and my buddy, maybe it's their regional ad provider. Anyone else from the UK getting this problem?

I just tried to watch I Love Mondays, but when I click play on the video the player will immediately go black and not even try to load anything up. I've tried it with Chrome, IE and Firefox, all with the same result. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the server-side of your pre-roll ad stuff, as my buddy (who I'm literally Skype-ing with right now) is a subscriber and was watching the same video with no issues until I asked him to sign out, at which point he got the exact same problem.

If anyone else could weigh in with whether or not they're getting the issue under the same conditions and if there's a workaround, I'd appreciate it.

EDIT: I'd just like to add that I've since tried to watch a pretty large cross-section of site content, new and old, and none of it works. I've also had no problems accessing videos on YouTube or any other site since this started, so it's almost certainly not a client-end issue.

I have only one piece of advice; make sure the games you're bidding on actually run on the console you're buying them for.
