I can't seem to load Seaserpent at all with Safari on my 3rd gen iPod touch. It crashes just as it's about to load. I can see the background and a couple of UI elements, but then it quits.
I have the same experience on my 4th gen iPod touch.
The videos on Giant Bomb are all slow as crap for me right now, but then I popped over to Seaserpent, and everything is silky smooth. So seems like it should all be good soon.
I did think that Skyrim was a better game than SR3, but I got a little pissed off at Ryan last year.
Ryan had SR3 on top of his personal list, he was pushing it for GOTY, and when he counted votes at the end he suddenly realized, "Oh, shit, this thing is actually going to WIN! Looks like I took the joke too far!" He should have had the balls to stick with it.
It does look like Jeff is going to put his foot down on The Walking Dead, but he is going to have to put forth a credible alternative that everyone can get behind. I don't think he can get there with XCOM or Mass Effect 3.
My biggest concern here is that Dave and his technology are being separated from its primary consumer, Giant Bomb. GB is very dependent on the publishing platform, and I'm not crazy about organizational firewalls being put up between them.
