I liked their stuff, and if they really are coming back together and put something out I'll definitely give it a listen. I appreciated Serj's "Elect the Dead" and am still pleasantly surprised when its tracks are shuffled on my media player. I appreciate System of a Down as a whole even more, however, so it'd be nice to hear more from them. I won't look actually look forward to anything for reasons such as me being satisfied with what they've already put out and the fact that this news may not necessarily mean anything groundbreaking.

Last time I looked forward in a similar case was with Linkin Park after Meteora. I couldn't appreciate their music despite looking forward to more from them. I learned my lesson about being too enthusiastic when it comes to these kinds of things.

@spazmaster666: IS was one of the only series I couldn't appreciate at first, aside from the hilariously bad Rio -Rainbow Gate-, but I feel like it has the potential to be not as bad as I thought of it during its first episode.

Also, I'm pleasantly surprised that there's a blog post like this here. I actually made an exhaustive blog post on Anime Vice about my thoughts on practically everything here. Fractale and Wandering Son ended up with their own post - they were really solid as well.

Nice post, pretty much sums everything up well!

 "That's too much!"
I don't even think cheap Recettear customer girl even understands the concept of "free"...

Good luck to everyone guessing! I just wanted to bump this with my lame attempt at a joke because I love this game and would like this giveaway to be as successful as possible. Recettear is great and I commend the OP for choosing it as a giveaway title! (I already have it myself so I'll not be participating.)

@xaLieNxGrEyx: Yeah, that's how I'd understand it as well. It's definitely uncomfortable for me when I hear something like it in a game. I think the beginning of Amnesia might have actually included the sounds of a crying baby among its creepy, script-executed noises.

I wonder if there have been enough babies crying in enough horror games to be a concept page... unless... does it already exist?

@moztacular: How big is the plug-in compared with the how much space the game takes up on its own?

Also, this is great! If you haven't noticed from my question, I'm definitely considering finding the plug-in myself - thanks for sharing!

@JJOR64: Thanks for the heads up! Unfortunately I broke my PSP a while back but I'm sure I'll get my hands on this through another platform.

@Ghost249: Wow, the production quality on that is almost as if they straight up hired an anime production studio to do it.

I suspect that if it's going to be on the 3DS, there's no reason why it shouldn't be on PSP - they should be exact ports.

But great find! I never got into this franchise, but when I pick up 3DS I'll definitely look for this! I always liked how this fighting game looked.

@KaosAngel: Yeah, and it was only the second game in the trilogy. Marathon: Durandal

I know because I bought it. While in hindsight I'm a little sad, I guess I could say it was worth the money because I had a blast with it!

@rubsnick: I remember when Marathon: Durandal was released on XBLA - that was a pretty big deal back then. This is its predecessor, right? If so, I'm quite interested in giving it a shot, especially since its free. Thanks for the link!
