eroticfishcake's Cheesecake

1 Packet of Fruit Jelly (or Jello to you yanks) Strawberry or Lemon Flavoured

200g of Digestive Biscuits

100ml Milk

100ml Cream

100g Sugar

2 Packets of Philidelphia Cheese (225g Packs)

4 Heaped Spoons of Cocoa Powder

75g Butter

  1. Melt the jelly in half a pint of hot water.
  2. Beat the Phlidelphia cheese until creamy.
  3. Add the sugar, milk and cream.
  4. Beat until mixed well.
  5. Break the Digestive biscuits into crumbs.
  6. Add Butter to Digestive Biscuits and mix.
  7. Place the Digestive mix into a cake tin.
  8. Evenly pat out the Digestive mix at the bottom the cake tin.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mix into the cake tin.
  10. Cover the cake tin with tinfoil and leave in the fridge overnight.
  11. Add Choclate buttons or fruit on the top when the cake has solidified.
  12. Voila!
