I have not played the game; or even talked to anyone about the game, but th-[Mod edit: BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT! Sounds like this is wrong, and thus, there's nothing to discuss in this topic. Even if it were right, posting spoilers in thread titles? Pretty much not cool. Cheers! -PsEG]-at is why, as Patrick said, "Ryan has been losing his mind over the last mission."

We're going to get a bunch of generic war shooters, social games (i.e Facebook) and Kinect games. Fuck it, tie all 3 together.

It will have pay-to-win features, update your wall every 36-153 seconds, have buttons that don't work 1/75th of the time (or work DOUBLE) and is played primarily with an N64 controller by design.

There shall be no bismirching the good name of Prince of Persia 08.

What good name? That game bored me to death with its "rail" level-design.

"The Sands of Time" ... that was an excellent and worthy PoP game. Too bad the "edgy" and darker successors completely lacked the magical charm that game had.

I completed POP08 and Sands of Time bored me with it's linear progression (one might call it "railroaded" if they wanted to be harsh) and puzzle rooms. Different strokes, yo. Just because you feel different doesn't mean you're wrong.

@rebgav: Nope. If you watch the Quick Look you'll see the default boob physics setting is already set to crazy.

it never was, it was a setting for your profile.

@ImmortalSaiyan Well judging by my with it yesterday linking critical bursts to power blows is actually a tad hard. Its also a more advanced skill too.

How many frames is the link?

It sounds silly to me to consider frame data in a game with 60FPS and 3D models. That's just me though; I'm sure it's perfectly legitimate.

Personally i think frame data is more important in a 3d fighter then a 2d one.

I don't understand how it works :\ and I can't perceive individual frames. I do however know that I can sweep your leg, jump at you, hit you from behind and sweep you again pretty easily.

I have had all games since their original launch dates, but I'm tempted to pick them up again in that nice packaging for the trilogy release. If they had a different/new set of achievements much like Batman AA and Batman AA GOTY, I would be all over that: another reason to play through the trilogy fresh.

I probably won't pick them up again, but it looks good. I really wish it had all the DLC for 1 and 2 (understandably why it doesn't have the DLC for 3), but what can you do. At least 2 might have the Cerberus Network codes?

I'm hoping that "N7 Day" is also the release of the ME3 Omega DLC.

Batman AA and it's GOTY had different achievements because they had different engines (the GOTY suddenly supporting 3D). I have a magical SSS-Rank in Batman Arkham Asylum.

@Damodar: Not intimidated, as such, I just wanted to make sure there is a tier for someone unused to how DOA handles fighting because it wasn't there in DOA4. If there wasn't a mode easier than "normal" (which has felt brutal every time I've tried to play DOA4) I'd have lost interest and played some dimensions instead.

Blazblue is pretty easy to learn when you can pull off QCs and Zs.

@Hunter5024: Yup! as one of the fist five games I owned, I could have been a huge DOA fan except for that.

@NinesSC2: It's the distinction I make. DOA has pre-defined combos you have to learn, which to me makes it technical, compared to Street Fighter where you have 6 buttons and you learn what moves have a hitstun longer than a cooldown.
