Fight to the death is interesting. Batman doesn't kill (in most incarnations), right? Does cloned Batman have these same morals as regular Batman? If Cloned Batman has all the knowledge of regular Batman, then why is he evil? Assuming he is evil, then surely Cloned Batman has several methods of hurting regular Batman outside of regular combat. Cloned Batman knows where regular Batman sleeps and how to get there. He knows all of Batman's friends and family and can exploit them. Outside of a traditional cage fight one-on-one encounter then Cloned Batman has the advantage I say. Just a regular fight though? Hell man, I Dunno.
Does this cloned Batman have access to the same equipment as real Batman? That's an important distinction to make. One of my favourite things is reading Comic Vine battle threads where people argue about Goku Vs. The Hulk for months on end. It's the dumbest shit ever.
