Kyo-ani tends to make "shows about nothing" which aren't as splashy or loud as something like Kill la Kill. I wouldn't worry about it if you feel like you are the only one watching their shows.
Why is it a problem for Nintendo if FF13-3 sells well? I never understand the impetus behind these threads where for whatever reason they feel like the whole thing is a "zero sum game" when it turns out very far from it.
Edit: To be clear, I'm objecting to the assumption in the OP. The problem with poor sales of Super Mario 3D World isn't FF13-3 Lightning Returns. It also isn't our fault. If there is a problem, it would be due to multiple factors too large to cover in a response to post.
But as mentioned before, you want players to choose skills that are compatible with the team instead of the team choosing classes. I don't get the complaint because the alternative is that teams fail because they didn't bring a Witch Doctor for the one boss or they kick a Demon Hunter out because they speced into Traps instead of Bows.
I think a problem with AC3 is that Connor (and to a lesser extent Altiar) is emotionally borked. Ezio wasn't gleefully having fun but he also wasn't brooding about everything either. What feels like a key difference is that although all of them had reasons to fight, Ezio seemed to have reasons to live and fight on and it was reflected through the story. In an effort to paint some "moral ambiguity" with the British Templars and his tribe to add some texture or depth to the story it really didn't change Connor's mission and just turned Connor mopey.
I saw a sofa in the store the other day and what can I say, its amazing. I'm not joking it is unreal. I know most people are going with PS4 for the next - gen but I'm glad I sat on this sofa. Everything on its just brilliant! But there are some downers on it. That now when your friends come over and sit on the sofa you don't see on their face how much they enjoy it. But Everything else what is on it is amazing. The cushions are unreal, the armrests on them are out of this world. I'm glad I have got this new sofa.
I don't think I've ever ran into anyone in the real world who say things like "N is/are unreal" unless they are trying to sell me something. Example: This sofa is so soft and durable it is unreal.
I'm not saying Kinect is useless either: It can recognize no one has a controller so it can pause the game. It can be used to recognize that no one is in the room. There are a lot of "quality of life" like "code reader" that can be implemented today that don't require complex algorithmic solutions with a dubious accuracy rate.
Simple and common scenario: Expecting visitors to a house to operate the entertainment system controlled with XBox One with their voice is impossible and not worth it compared to the fact the remote is sitting on the coffee table. Suggesting it is tedious and frustrating is amusing when people can quickly figure out TV remotes from many manufactures but will probably struggle with just XBox One.
