You can grind good pretty easily.  Buy gemstones, give them away (diamonds are worth 60+ good).  If you're low on cash (unlikely at the endgame) then you can just walk around playing the lute for people as well.  Grinding evil is simple, just find a convenient town, kill someone, and start massacring guards.  When you're done, walk out of town, come back and do your community service, which isn't ever ...
