@oobs: I'd rather have it this way. Lets not waste the legal system's time if we can settle these kinds of problems without them.

I agree 100%. First bethesda game I played was Oblivion on the PS3, for a good 80 hours. Loved every second of it. A few months later, I decided to give the pc version a try since it was dirt cheap. The ability to use mods added over 300 hours and counting. I've bought every Bethesda game since on pc..

    @TheChaos:  I'd have to go with Stress by Justice as well, but the live version is so much more epic.
