This afternoon i was Playing Red Dead Redemption & wondering if they will come out with a follow up, a third part to the series(not including the downloadable one), if so do you think it would work. Also should they have the same main characters or different such as DR1 (Frank West) & DR2 (Chuck Greene) or Red Dead Revolver (Red Harlow) & Red Dead Redemption (John Marston).

It's Rockstar, so there would definitely be a new main character.

I prefer it when a game's story is not tied to previous games in a series. Makes for a better game methinks.

There's just too much going on in the Wild West to focus on the same character for the sequel.

I liked how Redemption was set in the twilight years of the Wild West. Glory days are over big man! Cars cars cars
