Finally got around to playing MvC3 tonight. Lots of crazy fun! Scared to take it online though. Didn't exactly help finish this quest which I had already completed either...
@picklecannon: Think of a fighting game franchise famous for over-the-top violence such as spine-ripping, and then find a game in which that franchise crossed over to battle superheroes of their own.
To be fair, most of these quests have required us to watch QLs, not actual trailers. Plus, a QL usually does a much better job selling a game than a trailer anyway!
Microsoft has shown time and time again they're willing to break the rules whenever it suits them, however. Or to just ignore the rules when a publisher puts out other stuff. So don't get too attached to this idea.
@Count_Zero: Actually Tonberrys tend to do damage as a percentage of your total HP. So no matter how buff and defensive you are, they'll do, for instance, 90% of your max HP. And they're not usually THAT tough, but usually resist one of magical or physical damage very well.
I'd say there are many other more obvious ways to cheat, including picking trivia questions you feel like out of game choices or navigating away from ones you don't know or looking up the answers to any question you want. It's not a good system for actively keeping track of % correct, but it's a fun distraction for when you just want to learn some random things or test yourself.
