so my 360 is kinda dead. the stupid dvd-rom drive died today and it's not reading any discs.
i'm going to call microsoft today and see what i can do. what sucks is that my guarantee is over so i'll have to pay for the repair.

any of you guys know how much replacing the drive will cost?
